How to find the serial number on your golf cart

When scheduling service or ordering parts for your golf cart it is very important to know and locate the serial number (VIN). Each cart has its own unique serial number just like a car and by knowing what this number is you are able to determine what type, year, and power supply your cart has. Below is a list of serial number locations for E-Z-GO Golf Carts.

E-Z-Go RXV Golf Cart (2008 – Present)

• At the base of the steering colum
• Driver’s side frame under the front splash shield
• Passenger side frame rail at the rear of the vehicle

E-Z-GO TXT Golf Cart (1996 – Present)

• Below the Charger Receptacle
• Passenger side glove box
• Cross member beneath the access panel

E-Z-GO Marathon Golf Carts (1975 – 1993)

• Passenger side glove box OR
• Fender skirt underneath driver side seat (The model is 1976 or prior)

E-Z-GO Workhorse (1996 – Present)

• Below the Charger Receptacle
